About the Event

Explore the ways in which yin may hold the key to deeper relaxation and spaciousness within your body, mind and breath. Yin is a slow-paced style of yoga with more passive floor-based poses that are held for longer periods of time; about 3 to 5 minutes, or maybe more. 

The practice targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments and deep fascial network of the body while indirectly working on the joints.

The deep vibrations and healing energy of the Tibetan Singing Bowls will deepen and enhance the effects of the yoga asana. The sound vibrations are very powerful yet non-intrusive, impacting our parasympathetic nervous system to reduce stress and physical pain.

Suitable for all levels and those looking to slow down and go within, beginners welcome. We recommend dressing comfy and cosy, in layers that can be added or taken off. eg socks and jersey.
