 Join Amanda Hanna from the Self-Agency Academy for a dive deep into the principles of Yin, how we can take this practice off the mat and into the world and the ways in which you can deepen and further explore your own personal practice.

This is a 4 part series over 4 Sundays from 2pm - 430pm @ Healthy Self Yoga Studio

January 26 - Principles of Yin Yoga

We'll break down the principles and concepts that act as the pillars of this yoga practice. By understanding the ways in which you can approach your practice, you may notice that you can better navigate your experience both on and off the mat. 

February 2 - Power of Propping

There's a mindful art to using props to support your practice. We'll explore what props are, how to use them, and how to make them your hidden superpower in any asana (yoga shape/form). 

February 9 - Yin & Life

I think the most powerful and transformational part of yin yoga is when it starts to show up off the mat and in your daily life. Here we'll dive into all the ways the principles, concepts, and mindfulness of this practice can be used as tools of self-inquiry and growth. 

February 16 - Silent Class 

The moment we've all been waiting for. A silent class brings all of these components together and allows you the space to truly steep in your own practice, body, and mind. ***To attend this class you must have gone to at least 1 of the other sessions or have an extended personal practice***
