About the Event

We are thrilled to be bringing you a 6-week challenge to keep you moving and breathing to support your mental and physical health. For many of us, winter can be a difficult time. Shorter days and colder temperatures can contribute to increased sadness and social isolation as we hunker down at home. 

This winter challenge will get you moving, meditating and learning to connect with yourself and others. With the support of your facilitator and other participants to keep you motivated and accountable.

Even if you are planning to ski or board up the mountains, this challenge will ensure that you get the stretching you need to stay flexible and to reduce muscle soreness and develop a strong mental focus to level up your game.

Facilitated by Wellness & Mindfulness Coach, Elina - we will meet once a week (Mondays, 730pm) as a group to learn tips and techniques to support your mental and physical well-being.

These will be interactive, workshop-style sessions on mindfulness, neuroscience and mental health with a mix of powerful teachings, journaling activities, meditation and Q&A

Week 3: Understanding your stress vs relaxation response

Week 4: The Power of Breath

Week 5: Cultivating Self Awareness

Week 6: How to Draw Healthy Boundaries

Elina is a qualified Wellness & Mindfulness Coach and Holistic Counsellor who specialised in supporting women who desire to have a healthy and meaningful relationship with themselves.
