About the Event
The meaning of the word Spring literally means to “arise as or come from a source”. More than just a season after winter, spring is the promise that everything can begin again, letting go and embracing something new.
We can also relate it to a place inside us that provides a source of meaning to our life as to why we do things the way we do them, and how we do them. This source is called our wellbeing – if our wellbeing isn’t right, everything that springs from us cannot flourish as it is meant to.
Time to dust off the winter coat, to spring into growth and new beginnings. This 6-week challenge will get you moving, meditating and learning to connect with yourself and others. With the support of your facilitator and other participants to keep you motivated and accountable.
Facilitated by Wellness & Mindfulness Coach, Elina - we will meet once a week (Mondays, 7:30pm - 8:3) as a group to learn tips and techniques to support your mental and physical well-being.
These will be interactive, workshop-style sessions on mindfulness, neuroscience and mental health with a mix of powerful teachings, journaling activities, meditation and Q&A
Week 1: Being Intentional & Life Audit- setting yourself up for optimal wellness
Week 2: Incorporate Mindfulness into daily life
Week 3: Cultivating Self Awareness
Week 4: Creating Healthy Habits that Last
Week 5: How to Draw Healthy Boundaries
Week 6: Managing Stress & Building Resilience

Elina is a qualified Wellness & Mindfulness Coach and Holistic Counsellor who specialised in supporting women who desire to have a healthy and meaningful relationship with themselves.
