Including functional strength, balance, flexibility, circulation, digestive health and a reduction of stress. Through practice of physical movement, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.

Such a warm, beautiful studio, the nicest I’ve been to in New Zealand. The fit out is so beautiful, nice natural lighting, plants, crystals and so warm and cosy even when Queenstown is freezing outside. The teachers and everyone attending classes are all so kind and welcoming. I’ve been to Yin, Flow and Ghosh and loved all the classes. Would recommend for completely new, beginner and experienced yogis. ❤️
James and all the teachers at Healthy Self Yoga are excellent. The environment is lovely and all skill levels are catered for. I have some old injuries which often mean that in general yoga classes can be challenging for me, but at Healthy Self I never pushed beyond my capabilities and yet encouraged to steadily improve.
